CHRISTmas , CHRISTmas , CHRISTmas _ 05

I put a Bethlehem star in my room,
Yet it lacks a sparkle, it doesn't illume.
I wait on the Infant Jesus, who will make it bright,
Bring hope and joy on that Christmas night.

I take my star and it points to the East,
To lead the shepherds to the newborn King,
Who gives us love and sets us at peace.
Let's meet by the manger, praise, and sing.

I take my star and wish that on Christmas,
We would meet all together at the midnight Mass.
Forgot about empty places at the table,
We are so far away, yet in one holy Stable.

I take my the star and make my room a barn,
A place for Jesus to be born.
I get the Infant a dress, I make of yarn,
In the form of a heart, to dwell, Noel!

I take my star for You, my Family, and Friends
May its glow of joy and love transcend.
May Christmas miracles never end.
Let my poem of Merry Christmas to You I send.
